- Shows maturity, with a lifted estery quality. More perfumed and floral with water. Digestive biscuits and nutmeggy spiciness then clove.
- Palate
- Seamless and highly energetic. Layered fruits, dark chocolate and a dazzling array of spices that fly over the tongue.

- Sparkling. Complex.
- Comment
- Another killer from Mr Walker's warehouse. Distillery of the year for me.

- Honeysuckle, gala melon and some sweet, oily terpentine notes. Vanilla-infused rice pudding, baked sweet gammon and powdered almonds.
- Palate
- Peaches in sweet syrup, orange, grass. Marzipan and sultana cookies, made with nutmeg.
- Finish
- Drying tannins that balance the earlier sweetness.
- Comment
- Proudly and confidently mature.
