Light and discreet with fresh cut grass and flowers.In time there's kumquat and hedge clippings,then malt loaf and charred oak.
Palate
Alight apple note to start,then a surprising depth. Great balancing mid-palate sweetness hinting at an oily quality with some caraway and pepper.
Finish
Long,gentle,fruits.

A spring meadow with dew on the grass.
