Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson Nose Pale greeny gold. Palate Very restrained. Soft. Sea air. Finish Very fresh. Malty nuttiness. Becoming gritty and sandy. Comment Intense salt. Very slight iodine.

Dave Broom Nose Light juicy fruits (apricot jam, lemon barley water, orange pith, mango). Like a Trinidadian rum. Light tropical fruit and coconut. Attractive and subtle. Palate Very light with this juiciness slowly seeping out. Oak grips very lightly . Lightly oily in texture. Finish Fruity with some white pepper. Comment A delicious session dram but could do with more oomph.
