- Nose
- Lemony, doughy and floral. Orange blossom and warm bread.
- Palate
- A rounded maltiness and a little ripe fruitiness.
- Finish
- Drying, earthy and slightly bitter. Not its strong point.
- Comment
- A fine dram to start off a tasting, but not enough interest to engage you the whole night long.

- Nose
- Light, floral and a little dumb. Butter (unsalted!), scone mix, a hint of jasmine, broom flower (pea pod) slightly immature. In time, damp washing, putty, earth (a little grubby).
- Palate
- Light, muscat like, delicate. A hint of sweetness in the centre but pretty ethereal stuff. You feel it could blow away like a dandelion fluff.
- Finish
- Slightly green. Sugary.
- Comment
- Just needs a middle palate lift...and a bit more mature stock vatted in?
