Tasting Notes

Martine Nouet Nose Buttery. Herbal. Meadow flowers. Lemonade. Palate Very sweet. Pear nectar. Aniseed lollipop. Finish Sweet, sweet and then a touch of biting oak. Comment A dram for a sweet tooth. Nearly sugary. Unbalanced.

Dave Broom Nose High toned. Pear drops, fresh carnation, lightly floral, mango. After water, chalk dust, lychee. Palate Sherbet lemons and vanilla. Water brings out pears, spice, white chocolate and sawn oak. Finish Clean and zingy. Comment Fresh and zesty. A good aperitif.
