75- Nose
- Youthfully fresh and clean. Slight cleansing acidity – sparkling lemonade?
- Palate
- Lemon sharpness, balanced by a barley sugar sweetness.
- Finish
- First warming lemon ginger, then, later, a hint of dark organic chocolate.
- Comment
- A teasing early freshness is the overture to a richer, modestly structured, conclusion.

- Clean, sweet and quite delicate. Light sappy notes: chewing on a leaf of grass, gooseberry jam, raffia. Becomes floral with a hint of flat ginger beer.
- Palate
- Light and fragrant becoming very sugary (gomme) with good delivery. Hay, coriander seed. A little hollow.
- Finish
- Drying slightly, surprisingly long
- Comment
- An attractive summery aperitif. Just lacks a middle.
