- Nose
- Sugared almonds. Fudge. Chocolates in a box.
- Palate
- Honeyed dryness. Dark liquid honey. Flavours gradually emerging. Restrained citrus, orange, then lemon.
- Finish
- Mixed spices. Slight ginger.
- Comment
- Lots of flavour but restrained and well balanced. Very confident. If there is a Speyside style, surely this is it.

- Palate
- Smooth, mellow, subtle baked apples with spicy gingerbread, citrus, pear drops, some underlying dry oakyness and clove.
