Tasting Notes

Dave Broom Nose Prickly. Immature? Slight metallic note, raw peanut, polished school corridors. Slightly musty carpet underlay. Palate Fresh and jasmine like. Lifted and fragrant but overall dilute. Grippy oak. Finish Spicy, dusty. Comment What a bizarre bottle...musty nose and fragrant palate.

Arthur Motley Nose Daffodils, flint, limestone, honey lockets, vanilla and chocolate. Coconut. Liquorice in places, but slightly sour in others. Palate More of those honey lockets and chocolate. Although clearly a malt there was again this liquerish quality. Finish Light sweetness. Comment Pleasant enough malt, but a little unexciting.
