Nose
Rich, mature wooded notes. Coconut and cocoa overlaying some tropical fruits. With water a sweaty saddle note. Palate
Rounded and silky. Cherry stone. Good length and feel. Plenty of wood on show here. Bourbon like. Finish
Sweet spices and oak. Comment
A ripe dram which seems to have headed across to Kentucky. Big and lush.
Arthur Motley
Nose
A very fruity nose: ripe melon, bananas and kiwis. Milk chocolate, digestive biscuits, and pear drops. Palate
Lots of bourbon character, with vanilla, refresher sweets and some mint. Finish
Milk chocolate, and a trace of sulphur. Comment
Lip-smackingly mature.
