Nose
Fragrant, floral. Freesia. A lovely almond touch. Orange blossom. Tangerine juice. Rhubarb crumble. Hint of smoke.
Palate
Crisp, with a fizzy feel. Sweet cereals,a good touch of mint and a delicate smokiness enhanced by a sooty note.
Finish
Dry with a refreshing astringency.
Comment
A delicate and yet characterful whisky. Like walking in a garden on a crispy morning.
