Nose
Glue (Uhu to be specific) then a touch of lemon grass and apple blossom. Slightly metallic suggesting immaturity. With water there's coconut cream.
Palate
An improvement on a dull nose. Light and sweet with icing sugar, green apple, pear drop. Just a little raw, though water helps knock the hotter edges off, though that kills the texture.. it's your choice.
Finish
Thins slightly.
Comment
Pleasant enough.

Nose
Fresh, lively. Grassy. Drying hay. Cereals. Vanilla toffee.A floral note when diluted. Marshmallow.
Palate
Firm, crisp. The same aromatic profile as the nose.Cereals with a vanilla yogurt.
Finish
Warm and dry.
Comment
Pleasant but nothing really exciting. A nice aperitif dram to be enjoyed with salmon on oatcakes.
