- Nose
- Glue (Uhu to be specific) then a touch of lemon grass and apple blossom. Slightly metallic suggesting
immaturity. With water there's coconut cream.
- Palate
- An improvement on a dull nose. Light and sweet with icing sugar, green apple, pear drop. Just a little raw,
though water helps knock the hotter edges off, though that kills the texture.. it's your choice.
- Finish
- Thins slightly.
- Comment
- Pleasant enough.

- Nose
- Fresh, lively. Grassy. Drying hay. Cereals. Vanilla toffee.A floral note when diluted. Marshmallow.
- Palate
- Firm, crisp. The same aromatic profile as the nose.Cereals with a vanilla yogurt.
- Finish
- Warm and dry.
- Comment
- Pleasant but nothing really exciting. A nice aperitif dram to be enjoyed with salmon on oatcakes.
