- Nose
- Restrained at first. Then a heavy liquorice note swirls up alongside with floral notes. Clover honey, meadow flowers. Hint of angelica.
- Palate
- Sweet at first but very soon the oak grip takes it to the bitter side. Overcooked caramel. Tangy, dry. Slightly bitter.
- Finish
- Woody, spicy.
- Comment
- The nose is enticing but the palate is overwhelmed by the wood. And water exacerbates the astringency.

- Nose
- Takes time to open. Then this aromatic floral note with honey and stewed fruits comes, surrounded by liquorice.
- Palate
- A little orange pith bitterness with a sweet edge.
- Finish
- Warming with spices.
- Comment
- Worth waiting for the nose to open and one for the wood fans.
