- Hazelnut, red apple, light cake/patisserie with a hint of peach, apple blossom whittled stick and fiddlehead fern.
- Palate
- Lightly bready, then soft fruits. Lifted and sweet with a decent spread of flavours. But it can't quite hide a rawness in its heart.
- Finish
- Gentle and sweet.
- Comment
- Nice but needs the middle filling out.

- Malty. Cereal bowl. Lemon drop. Pear nectar.
- Palate
- Mellow and sweet. Very fruity. The pear nectar overwhelms the malty flavours.
- Finish
- Dry and a bit harsh.
- Comment
- Tastes young (close to new spirit !) and one-dimensional. But not unpleasant.
