Nose
Hazelnut, red apple, light cake/patisserie with a hint of peach, apple blossom whittled stick and fiddlehead fern.
Palate
Lightly bready, then soft fruits. Lifted and sweet with a decent spread of flavours. But it can't quite hide a rawness in its heart.
Finish
Gentle and sweet.
Comment
Nice but needs the middle filling out.

Nose
Malty. Cereal bowl. Lemon drop. Pear nectar.
Palate
Mellow and sweet. Very fruity. The pear nectar overwhelms the malty flavours.
Finish
Dry and a bit harsh.
Comment
Tastes young (close to new spirit !) and one-dimensional. But not unpleasant.
