Nose
Malty and grassy. Drying hay. Honey and butterscotch. Lemon peel. Fresh and zesty. Getting creamier in time.
Palate
Crisp and dry but sweet. Minty fudge, orange curd. Then drying with touches of ground ginger.
Finish
Dry and spicy. Refreshing.
Comment
An interesting dram. The palate is lighter than expected but fresh and lively. Perfect companion for a fruit salad with a ginger icecream.

Nose
Fresh cut barley fields, hay bales. A little malty edge as well, proving dough, honey and lemon drizzle cake.
Palate
Quite restrained and gentle. Cooked oranges and lemon zest. Sweet like pineapple juice and ginger cake.
Finish
Short and cleansing.
Comment
A lovely dram for a sunny winter's day.
