Nose
High toned, young and herbal. Quite grainy with nose prickling alcohol. With time a semblance of dried fruit and background oak appears.
Palate
Broader with a touch of fleshy fruit and a little more noticeable oak. Overly alcoholic with hints of dried fruit and spice. Water flattens it.
Finish
Short and hot but some sweet dried fruit tries to offset.
Comment
No need to add water to this one.

Nose
A mineral note rises from the glass, which is backed by gooseberry, light vanilla and manilla envelope. Fairly neutral and water doesn't add a great deal.
Palate
The closest I've had to a vodka in a long time. Think bison-grass infused vodka with a spoonful of sugar syrup in and you won't be far off.
Finish
Gone. Nothing there. Very thin and fleeting.
Comment
Use as a wash in a martini, maybe? Or as a martini.
