Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson Nose Aromatic. Dry. Medicinal. Juniper. Palate Interplay of creamy sweetness, graininess and saltiness. Reminiscent of Japanese seaweed crackers. Finish Sea flavours building up for a storm in the sound. Comment Light in the middle, and delicate throughout, but lovely Islay flavours.

Martine Nouet Nose Light, cheerful. Vanilla pod. Fresh garden herbs. Hint of butterscotch, orange blossom. Smoke. Palate Palatable sweetness. Barley juice. Appetising cereal notes tinged with mint. Water releases exotic fruity notes (juicy pineapple) and peat reek. Finish Short but pleasant. Comment Young, easygoing, vibrant. Absolutely unfiltered judging by charcoal particles in the sample.
