- Aromatic. Dry. Medicinal. Juniper.
- Palate
- Interplay of creamy sweetness, graininess and saltiness. Reminiscent of Japanese seaweed crackers.
- Finish
- Sea flavours building up for a storm in the sound.
- Comment
- Light in the middle, and delicate throughout, but lovely Islay flavours.

- Light, cheerful. Vanilla pod. Fresh garden herbs. Hint of butterscotch, orange blossom. Smoke.
- Palate
- Palatable sweetness. Barley juice. Appetising cereal notes tinged with mint. Water releases exotic fruity notes (juicy pineapple) and peat reek.
- Finish
- Short but pleasant.
- Comment
- Young, easygoing, vibrant. Absolutely unfiltered judging by charcoal particles in the sample.
