- Nose
- Malty. Toffee. Orange custard, A slight rancid note. Sweet jam. Marmalade. This rancid butter note stays in the back. Sherried.
- Palate
- Smooth at first then getting dry and crisp. Oak speaks up, softened by toffee and dried fruit. A light astringency on time.
- Finish
- Dry, crisp and astringent.
- Comment
- The nose is sweeter than the palate. Water takes away some of the astringency but leaves a bitter taste.

- Nose
- Bags of fresh bread and warm dough. Then into citrus fruits and orange peel. There is a clear sherry profile.
- Palate
- Crisp with oak taking the driving seat. This is mellowed by the cooked
oranges and dried apricots.
- Finish
- Dries with the oak.
- Comment
- A decent dram where the oak dominates nicely.
