Nose
Candyfloss (cotton candy). Some oxidation. Palate
Sweet. Spicy. Muscovado sugar. Digestive biscuits. Finish
Cedary dryness. Comment
Lots of aromas and flavours, but lacks structure. Curiously flat.
Dave Broom
Nose
Robust. Is that a hint of Irn Bru? There's oranges stewing in a pan and an aroma reminiscent of badly maderized wine (not Madeira) slightly off-putting. Palate
Dominated by wood, then maderized character reappears. Finish
Flat Comment
A very peculiar beast.
