Nose
Corn pudding.
Palate
Firm, smooth, spicy. Turkish delight. Dates. Cedar.
Finish
Sweet mint tea, laced with alcohol.
Comment
A bourbon with dessert.

Martine Nouet

Nose
Big toffee start and gets deeper still. Old leather armchairs and sweet pipesmoke.
Palate
Enormous from the off but beautifully shaped by shafts of honey and vanilla.
Finish
Now comes into its own, with spice and caramel interweaving.
Comment
What a treat this fabulous bourbon is. Absolutely everything in proportion.
