Michael Jackson

Nose
Very expressive. Classic whisky aromas. A greenwood bonfire. Yorkshire parkin. Ginger biscuits.
Palate
Rounded, tangerines.
Finish
Lemon juice.
Comment
The nose suggests a winter warmer, but the palate performs as a summer refresher.

Dave Broom

Nose
Concentrated and mature. Oak, bounty bar, grilled nut, treacle. Very spicy and complex. Some tablet sweetness and touch of Jaffa Cakes. Smoke.
Palate
Softer than the nose. Silky and slightly waxy feel with cooked plummy fruit/plum skin. Light oaky grip. Well balanced.
Finish
Spicy, nutmeg.
Comment
A rich, ripe and well-balanced dram.
