- Nose
- Sweet and smoky:red fruits & woodsmoke, jelly babies and peat. Some cream soda then frazzles (bacon snacks).Even smokier with water. With water a floral edge to the smoke and boiled sweets.
- Palate
- Just a touch of artificial perfume on the tip of the tongue which knocks it down a point or two. Floral with good bite and grip.
- Finish
- Fruit jelly and lightsmoke.
- Comment
- Substantial and well balanced (bar that perfumed note).

- Nose
- Phenolic. Creosote. Smokes rises slowly. Wet dog.Burning straw. Smoked cooked salmon. Cow's
breath. Hint of mint.
- Palate
- Oily, mouth coating. Sweetness adds to that feel of thickness. Then dry spices and a touch of wood stiffen
tastebuds. Needs water to make a better balance.
- Finish
- Dry,slightly rough.
- Comment
- The palate is not as smoky as the nose. An interesting dram if not completely balanced.
