- Nutty. Oak is present. Seems to better integrate with toffee notes on time. Touch of honey. A faint smoky touch.
- Palate
- Smooth and soft. A little watery and bland. Opens up on spices with a nutty hint.
- Finish
- Dry,spicy,restrained.
- Comment
- A well-knitted dram,although suffering from being bottled at 40%.

- Mellow and compact,vanilla,honey, then malty notes,cider and a toasty edge.
- Palate
- Creamy vanilla and chocolate laced with toastyness,cappuccino and subtle oak dryness,then a citrus and dried fruit garnish.
- Finish
- Oak asserts itself before crème brûlée and dark chocolate join in.
- Comment
- An ideal digestif,with flavours that resemble a medley of desserts.
