Nose
Nutty. Oak is present. Seems to better integrate with toffee notes on time. Touch of honey. A faint smoky touch.
Palate
Smooth and soft. A little watery and bland. Opens up on spices with a nutty hint.
Finish
Dry,spicy,restrained.
Comment
A well-knitted dram,although suffering from being bottled at 40%.

Ian Wisniewski

Nose
Mellow and compact, vanilla, honey, then malty notes, cider and a toasty edge.
Palate
Creamy vanilla and chocolate laced with toastyness, cappuccino and subtle oak dryness, then a citrus and dried fruit garnish.
Finish
Oak asserts itself before crème brûlée and dark chocolate join in.
Comment
An ideal digestif, with flavours that resemble a medley of desserts.
