Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson

Nose
Choux pastry fresh out of the oven. Pain au chocolat.
Palate
Lean and chewy, like the inside of a croissant. Passion fruit. Sweet red peppers.
Finish
Ground black pepper.
Comment
Does Starbucks know about this?

Dave Broom

Nose
Fresh, vibrant and clean. Pine/forest floor, tangerine zest. Becomes sweeter and more chocolatey in time.
Palate
Light and fresh with a tingle akin to hot sand. A bleached maritime feel to start though it sweetens as it opens.
Finish
Dry, tingling.
Comment
Lighter and more lean that the '73.
