80- Nose
- Choux pastry fresh out of the oven. Pain au chocolat.
- Palate
- Lean and chewy, like the inside of a croissant. Passion fruit. Sweet red peppers.
- Finish
- Ground black pepper.
- Comment
- Does Starbucks know about this?

85- Nose
- Fresh, vibrant and clean. Pine/forest floor, tangerine zest. Becomes sweeter and more chocolatey in time.
- Palate
- Light and fresh with a tingle akin to hot sand. A bleached maritime feel to start though it sweetens as it opens.
- Finish
- Dry, tingling.
- Comment
- Lighter and more lean than the '73.
