- Nose
- Seaside bouquet, but delicate rather than intense.
- Palate
- Dusty. Peppery. Seaweedy, but not overtly medicinal.
- Finish
- Appetising sourness.
- Comment
- I seem to have fallen into a breakfast reverie. This would be best with a Japanese breakfast.

- Nose
- Toffee, butterscotch overture, followed by vanilla, citrus and apricots, with a final touch of malt, and underlying toastiness throughout.
- Palate
- Ultra-delicate, creamy, apricots, hint of orange marmalade lusciousness, spicy fruityness.
- Finish
- Rich dried fruit with butterscotch, chocolate sweetness and growing toastiness.
- Comment
- Elegant and seductive, while also offering depth and range.
