Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson Nose Seaside bouquet, but delicate rather than intense. Palate Dusty. Peppery. Seaweedy, but not overtly medicinal. Finish Appetising sourness. Comment I seem to have fallen into a breakfast reverie. This would be best with a Japanese breakfast.

Ian Wisniewski Nose Toffee, butterscotch overture, followed by vanilla, citrus and apricots, with a final touch of malt, and underlying toastiness throughout. Palate Ultra-delicate, creamy, apricots, hint of orange marmalade lusciousness, spicy fruityness. Finish Rich dried fruit with butterscotch, chocolate sweetness and growing toastiness. Comment Elegant and seductive, while also offering depth and range.
