Nose
A clean and quite milky aroma like fresh goat's cheese (this is good) alongside flowers, lemon, cut grass and general freshness.
Palate
Clean and precise with a delicious fizzy, sherberty quality that with water moves into elderflower blossom and a thick sweetness.
Finish
Creamy.
Comment
Good to have samples from The Laddie again and showing it is clearly in fine form.

Nose
Intensely malty. Hay loft. Meadow flowers. Custard. With a farm note like a warm cowshed. Lemon juice.
Palate
Satin-like. Very smooth and sweet. Lots of cereals. Muesli with nuts and raisins. Touch of lemon curd. Peppermint.
Finish
Dry and minty.
Comment
Very fresh and clean whisky. A dash of water brings in fruity flavours.
