- Nose
- Seems to have more rye lift giving a dustier edge. Mint and coconut. Rose petals and plum jam. In the hickory smoked camp.
- Palate
- More straight down the line than the last one. Seems to have age, wet leather, canvas, coriander powder. The maraschino note is there again, fennel.
- Finish
- Surprisingly fruity and jammy.
- Comment
- A finer structured example but the Zinfandel element seems a little bolted on.

- Nose
- Perfumey, with vanilla, honey and beeswax traces.
- Palate
- Sharp and dry, with oak dominant.
- Finish
- Vacuum-like dryness sucks the cheeks.
- Comment
- Get past the dryness and this one's a grower.
