- Nose
- Oaky.Old floor. Beewax. Treacle.Sour fruit. Candied orange.
- Palate
- Full bodied. Sour fruit again. Oak prevails as well.
- Finish
- Slowly soothing on soft spices.
- Comment
- Not as balanced as other bourbons tasted in this flight.Too much sourness and oakiness for me.

- Nose
- Rich and full, polished church pews, dusty old leather office, vanilla, flower bouquet.
- Palate
- Massive full mouth feel, with peach and pear, sharp tannins, banana skin, and pepper spice.
- Finish
- Lengthy sweet and pleasant to round off a rollercoaster ride of a whiskey.

- Excellent,a sophisticated gem of a whiskey.
