- Supple, polished leather. Rum and raisin ice cream.

- Full-bodied, buttery, ripe peaches and figs as well.

- Leisurely and drying.

- A substantial, stylish Bourbon.

- Like opening a cupboard full of old leather bound books, sweet with a dry spice edge. There is an oily cream slickness to it.

- Big and full of fruit, Panecotta and tinned tropical fruits. Has depth too with dried fruits and dates.
