- Fruity and floral. Sweet apple blossom notes. Like being in an orchard on a warm spring day. More flowers on time. Then sour fruit. Typical rye nose. Blackcurrant drops
- Palate
- Satin-like. The same fruity and floral profile. Damson plum. Liquorice. Rich and deep. Perfect balance.
- Finish
- Lingering and spicy.
- Comment
- An excellent rye, keeping the perfect balance between sweet and sour, fruit and oak.

90- Nose
- Shy at first then comes waves of amber, cedar wood and mint toffee. Then spring blossom and a gentle dustiness emerge.
- Palate
- Spiced apple, red liquorice, plenty of spices, buttered malt loaf. Hints of toasted marshmallow.
- Finish
- Warming with spices.
- Comment
- A great addition to the panoply of ryes out there. Certainly holds its own.
