Nose
Remarkably fresh, sweet, sea-air and perfume.
Palate
Gentle, clean, nutty-malty sweetness.
Finish
Herbal. Sage?
Comment
Appetising and remarkably refreshing.

Jim Murray

Nose
A slight sulphury note spoils the party. Underneath lovely soft sherry and crisp briny, malty notes.
Palate
Delightful with an astonishing arrival of malty-sherry notes. Low-key saltiness reveals extra depth.
Finish
Strange, sulphur-sherry style returns and not for the better. Remains salty with bitter-chocolate.
Comment
This malt is on its way back. This is a big, big improvement – which will continue if sherry content is reduced.
