- Remarkably fresh, sweet, sea-air and perfume.
- Palate
- Gentle, clean, nutty-malty sweetness.

- Herbal. Sage?

- Appetising and remarkably refreshing.
Jim Murray
75- Nose
- A slight sulphury note spoils the party. Underneath lovely soft sherry and crisp briny, malty notes.
- Palate
- Delightful with an astonishing arrival of malty-sherry notes. Low-key saltiness reveals extra depth.
- Finish
- Strange, sulphur-sherry style returns and not for the better. Remains salty with bitter-chocolate.
- Comment
- This malt is on its way back. This is a big, big improvement – which will continue if sherry content is reduced.
