- Warm. Nutty. Marzipan. Pistachios. Appetising.
- Palate
- Leafy. Spicy. Rosewater. Garden mint.
- Finish
- Dry. Drying on the tongue, Coriander. Slightly bitter. Slightly sharp.

- An unusually dry expression of Bushmills. Complex. Austere. Bushmills needs a touch of sherry sweetness.

- Big and sweet with layers of fruit: butterscotch, cinnamon, citrus peels. With water, more spice, ripe oranges and a clover-like grassy/malty note.
- Palate
- Medium-bodied. Spices burst in the mouth. Masses of US oak, but it's balanced with gentle, soft maltiness. Explosive, sweet, delicious.

- Malty.
