Tasting Notes

Peter Mulryan Nose Very lightly scented with nutty ice cream and sherry. Palate Rich dried fruit and chewy toffee, quite a mouth filling shock after the very delicate nose. Finish Fudgy. Comment After years of being overshadowed by its older wood finished cousins, this 10 Years Old is finally coming into its own.

Dave Broom Nose Malty, toasted meal. Hint of cream, slight grassy/vegetal edge, cocoa powder, light citrus. Floral. Palate Clean, light and spicy. Apricot to start, then toast, cereal. Some chalky notes, nutty oak. Finish A burst of soft fruit, flowers. Comment Light and clean, delivers well on the palate.
