Tasting Notes

Dave Broom Nose Light, youthful and floral. A mix of cut grass, clover, tinned fruit salad and lots of cream. Loses impact with water. Palate Gentle sweetness. Sponge cake, sweet orange peel. The grass becomes drier, adding a firm edge. Finish Gentle. Soft. Comment Lovely nose (once again). . Lacks a bit of depth (once again).

Gavin Smith Nose Initially very delicate, with developing floral and plum notes. Palate Straightforward, with eating apples, cream, and a hint of honey. Finish The cream from the palate persists as acceptable oakiness develops. Comment Pleasant enough, but straightforward!
