- That leathery, saddlery, Irish note. Linseedy, nutty, grassy. Soft but wonderfully scenty.
- Palate
- Fresh. Lightly creamy. Develops nuts and marzipan.
- Finish
- Faintly spicy. Orange zest. Dessert apple.

- Tightly combined flavours. Delicate. Elegant.

- Understatedly rich, with a glorious yet subtle honey sweetness which is in total harmony with the banana custard background. Fabulous.

- Brilliant intermingling of malt and honey which makes way for a deftly oaked middle. The tantalising spicy buzzes complement the complexity.

- Medium long with the remnants of a honey-comb sweetness jousts with the soft spice.
