- Light, lemony.
- Palate
- Creamy. Condensed milk. Becoming flowery and drying.
- Finish
- Surprisingly hot.
- Comment
- Littlemill has never been a favourite with critics – or blenders – but I have always thought it a good example of a Lowland malt.

- Nose
- Sweet and slightly confected, but has depth. Orange squash/opal fruit and almond. In time a note like lead pipe. A bit immature?
- Palate
- Light and very sweet to start, then a promising creamy maltiness, but a certain hardness remains.
- Finish
- Fast.
- Comment
- Seems sweet, but just isn't quite balanced, as if the cask has yet to interact fully with the spirit.
