Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson Nose Freshly cut wood. Sawdust. Palate Gorse. Flowering currant. Finish Medicinal. Bitter. Comment This has dried out to a point where it is aggressive and unbalanced.

Dave Broom Nose Acidic. Some bracken, kumquat, dry oak. Water softens it and brings out pine and coconut. Palate Dry and fairly firm with a fine texture. Some sweet malt in the centre. Grips again towards the finish. Finish Light and fresh. Comment Another which wears its age lightly, just a bit woody and sharp.
