- Light, dry, lime peels?
- Palate
- Light, dry. Petal-like. Green. Chlorophyll. Some late vanilla. Herbal.
- Finish
- Dried out. Drying.
- Comment
- Tired and irritable when first poured, but gradually opens up, more so when water was added.

- Very pretty, lightly floral. Cut grass, lemon peel, Edinburgh rock, sweets, coconut cream. With water, spikier and a hint of immaturity.
- Palate
- Clean and crispier than the nose suggests. Fresh flowers, light summer fruits. Floats over the palate. Fragrant and attractive.

- Soft.

- A good example from a shamefully overlooked distillery.
