Nose
Light, dry, lime peels?
Palate
Light, dry. Petal-like. Green. Chlorophyll. Some late vanilla. Herbal.
Finish
Dried out. Drying.
Comment
Tired and irritable when first poured, but gradually opens up, more so when water was added.

Dave Broom

Nose
Very pretty, lightly floral. Cut grass, lemon peel, Edinburgh rock, sweets, coconut cream. With water, spikier and a hint of immaturity.
Palate
Clean and crispier than the nose suggests. Fresh flowers, light summer fruits. Floats over the palate. Fragrant and attractive.
Finish
Soft.
Comment
A good example from a shamefully overlooked distillery.
