- Nose
- Tangy, vibrant. Summery. Green wood. Freesia.
- Palate
- Sweet. Flowing. A bit sharp. Minty. Dill. Touch of coconut milk.
- Finish
- Dry, spicy. Burning.
- Comment
- Quite a light character for a Highland malt. Water helps but still a bit rough. Even on a frosty morning!

- Nose
- Suede, with ripe berry fruits. A slightly earthy note.
- Palate
- Lifted to start, violet. Slightly fizzy with gentle sweetness. Begins to deepen and broaden in the mouth. Good presence. Sweet and dry (earthy) together.
- Finish
- Light white fruits and oak.
- Comment
- The fruit goes one way the oak the other.
