Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson Nose Crème caramel. Rosewater. Palate Am I being suggestible? That famous Campbeltown coconut character seems almost tangible. Dry and straw-like at first, then a surge of grassy sweetness. Dusting of powdered sugar. Garnish candied angelica. Finish Cookie-like dryness. Comment Seems simple at first, but gradually reveals subtleties. Stylish, teasing.

Ian Wisniewski Nose Apricots, baked apples, mellow spice and underlying oak, brioche and gingerbread. Palate Elegant though with a certain richness, balancing cooked fruit and apricots with subtle spices, créme brûlée sweetness balanced by oak. Finish The same flavours but the volume rises, and lasts. Comment An animated and flirtatious nature, with engaging gestures and a lovely smile.
