- Crème caramel. Rosewater.
- Palate
- Am I being suggestible? That famous Campbeltown coconut character seems almost tangible. Dry and straw-like at first, then a surge of grassy sweetness. Dusting of powdered sugar. Garnish candied angelica.
- Finish
- Cookie-like dryness.
- Comment
- Seems simple at first, but gradually reveals subtleties. Stylish, teasing.

- Apricots, baked apples, mellow spice and underlying oak, brioche and gingerbread.
- Palate
- Elegant though with a certain richness, balancing cooked fruit and apricots with subtle spices, créme brûlée sweetness balanced by oak.

- The same flavours but the volume rises, and lasts.
- Comment
- An animated and flirtatious nature, with engaging gestures and a lovely smile.
