- Vanilla. Charcoal. Woody.
- Palate
- Sweet, sugary, malty, chewy, creamy.
- Finish
- Gingery and hot. Woody.
- Comment
- Just too woody for me, though a good splash of water brings out the other flavours.

- Dark amber. Quite dry and woody with hints of hickory, candied fruit and some lemony rye zestiness.
- Palate
- Sweet smouldering hickory notes to start. Some burnt sugar/treacle mid-palate before a bite of rye freshens it up-fairly high wood.
- Finish
- Ripe, full with some smoked tea. Wood.

- A little woody and young.
