Tasting Notes

Martine Nouet Nose Flowery. Carnation. Pear-drop. Reminiscent of a grappa. Touch of hazelnut and date. Palate Very sweet. Cereals sweeping up fruit. Grassy. Wholegrain bread. Cooling mintiness. Finish Hot, intense, slightly fiery. Comment A neat, summery comforter. Perfect dram for hillwalkers.

Dave Broom Nose Light, crisp and intense with dry malty notes alongside lemon zest/leaf, flowers, almond and a crisp hay/grassiness. Palate Sweet, fragrant start, a flowery mid-palate with white currants, violet grass. Concentrated. Finish Light and quite dry. Comment Delicate but intense with great energy and zesty drive.
