- Fiddlehead ferns with butter.

- Green peppercorns. Quite assertive.

- A rare opportunity to serve this summery whisky.

- Clean, fresh and lively. Pretty estery: flowers, pears, dolly mixture. All high-toned with some dried grass. Malty note with water.
- Palate
- Soft, quite sweet (sugared almond), light and fairly creamy spirit.
- Finish
- Short. Immature.
- Comment
- A well-made light and clean dram. Will Pernod get rid of this distillery as well?
