Michael Jackson

Honeyish and spicy.
Smooth. Nutty. Firm.
Faintly coffeeish. Smoky. With a slight, appetising, bitterness.
I have long enjoyed this whisky. It's own subtle character shines through, despite the influence of the wood being so obvious.

Dave Broom

Rich with some vanilla, soft fruits, dry grass and a slight dry/metallic note.
Crisp in the mouth to start, with an attractively soft mid-palate. Slightly hard on the sides of the tongue but softens in time.
Tingling and a little short.
Attractive, quite light.
