Nose
Spirity. Butterscotch. Peach crumble. A floral note. Palate
Smooth. Mellow fruit. Ripe apricots. Demerara sugar. Cooked bananas. Finish
Medium, developing on nutty flavours. Comment
A rum-like whisky. More full-bodied and richer than some of the others but still unremarkable.
Dave Broom
Nose
A hint of charred oak and an exotic note of rose petal. Water brings out orange marmalade and toffee. Palate
Deep and sweet, some prune, burnt edges. A sweet spirit, rum like. Finish
Sweet, thick. Comment
The flavours here seem bolted on. Odd.
