Soft and sweet. Gives the illusion of age, but is simply sweeter and over extracted. Figgy, stewed tea, pomegranate syrup, some rye/chicory notes.
Not as grippy as nose suggests. Camp coffee (undiluted), toffee, prune juice, molasses. Thick.
Bitter. Liquorice, claggy.
