- Nose
- Sweet with a floral note and a touch of beeswax. A distant echo of toffee trying to cover up the spirity olfactory frame.
- Palate
- Extremely sweet at first, on the Demerara side like the first one, then getting really bitter. A touch of ginger.
- Finish
- Drier, bitter, rather short.
- Comment
- Again, this rum taste, in a sharper and richer version than the first one.

- Nose
- Dry crackers, but underlying sweetness. Kumquat and pomegranate. Shows a decent layering effect. Sweet/sour with balanced caramelised oak tones. Soft with water, if a little one-dimensional.
- Palate
- Very sweet. Vanilla ice cream and coffee. A little mango. Tongue clinging, but with an early, zesty bite.
- Finish
- Flattens a little. Soft.
- Comment
- Well-balanced and pleasing.
