Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson Nose Maple syrup. Palate Smooth, nutty, rich. Finish Some rye coming through. Comment Does Canadian work with sherry? I think Bourbon wood has more to offer, but this is a nice try.

Dave Broom Nose Amber/copper. Slick, slippery nose: caramel, Gonzalez-Byass Alfonso sherry, wholemeal bread, fruit cake. Palate Ultra-soft like buttered walnut bread and a dry, nutty, mid-palate. Finish Drying but soft. Comment Whisky-flavoured sherry. Bit too sickly sweet for me. Celine Dion.
