- Smooth, nutty, rich.

- Some rye coming through.

- Does Canadian work with sherry? I think bourbon wood has more to offer, but this is a nice try.

- Amber/copper. Slick, slippery nose: caramel, Gonzalez-Byass Alfonso sherry, wholemeal bread, fruit cake.
- Palate
- Ultra-soft like buttered walnut bread and a dry, nutty, mid-palate.
- Finish
- Drying but soft.
- Comment
- Whisky-flavoured sherry. Bit too sickly sweet for me. Celine Dion.
