Nose
Fruity. A touch of rose scent. Sweet vanilla rises up with a hint of marzipan. Apple skin. Palate
Sweet but crisp. Peach cooked in vanilla. Dusty spices. Finish
Dry, spicy, quite lingering. Comment
Probably rich in rye. Quite a nice sweet and sour profile. With a good oaky frame. An unusual taste which reminds French gin spirit.
Dave Broom
Nose
Red grape, fruit kernel, quite lean. Citrus zest, touch of lavender and a little metallic. Water makes it akin to cold stewed tea. Firm. Green. Palate
You almost don’t notice it in the mouth to begin with. Dumbed down with water. Bland. Finish
Firm and a touch edgy. Comment
Trying to please too many people therefore has no individuality, other than aggression.
