- Exotic. Frying curry leaves,freshly clipped privet,stone fruits,lemon verbena. Becomes slightly scented lifting into vanilla with water. Shows complexity. Sweet pear overlaid with dried citrus peels. Very creamy with water. Sweet.
- Palate
- Very pure,direct. A touch of liquorice. Chewy. Good balance between vibrant North African spiciness and a smooth central palate.
- Finish
- Tingling.Clean and sweet.
- Comment
- Oak-driven,but not oak-dominated. There's a difference.
