Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson Nose Aromatic, complex. Peaty, seaweedy, fruity. Palate Peaty, spicy, olive-like. Flavours beautifully rounded. Finish Oily, peppery. Comment A wonderfully aperitif. Smoked fish to follow?

Jim Murray Nose Charming sea spray dilutes the soft, deep peat. Shades of vanilla and iodine. Palate Brilliantly oily, offering a magnificently lingering peaty sheen. Lovely maltiness giving way to some rich dark chocolate. Finish The oaky dark cocoa fuses effortlessly with the pulsing peat. Comment Complex with the oak making an ultra impressive foil to the peat. Excellent.
